It’s A Mild July in Omaha

by admin on July 24, 2009

July in Omaha has been relatively mild.  For those you that love scorching hot weather, you’ve been a little disapointed.

Today, is the first (and it appears the only) day to reach 90 degrees in July in Omaha.  Air conditioners are getting a reprieve and so are electrical bills.  If you need to have work done on your air conditioner, you might want to consider getting it done before temperatures climb to high.  In Nebraska, nice temps are usually rewarded with extremes – in this case, extreme heat.  The rest of the summer may stay mild, but don’t bet on it.  And don’t put off your air conditioner repair until its 100 degrees out.

Temps Are Heating Up

by admin on June 16, 2009

It’s been a strange June in Omaha.  Although it’s the middle of June, most people have only turned on their air conditioning a couple times.

Those comfortable temperatures are coming to an end.  Eight of the next ten days will be in the 90s.  Don’t wait until it’s too late to have your AC checked out.

The next week will be stressful for air conditioning units that have sat idle all winter long.  We have an Annual Maintenance Plan for only $99 and that covers your air conditioner and furnace.  A maintenance check will ensure your air conditioning unit is running at peak efficiency.

If your air conditioning unit isn’t working, we offer air conditioning repair and installation services.
